RETURN / WITHDRAWAL

1. You can withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods and this applies to a distance contract. 

2. Fill in the Withdrawal from the Agreement and Return of Goods form available as an attachment on the Store Regulations page at the very bottom, and then send it to our traditional mail address: LEO Sp. z o.o., Dobrzechów 446b, 38-100 Strzyżów or by e-mail to the following e-mail address: info@leo-art.com 

3. You have 14 days from the date of sending us the statement of withdrawal from the contract to return the goods, but we ask you to do it as soon as you can. Send the goods to the following address: LEO Sp. z o.o., Dobrzechów 446B, 38-100 Strzyżów, Poland.

4. Send back the goods in their original packaging with all their contents. The correction of the invoice will be sent electronically to the e-mail address you provided to us during registration. 

5. The returned goods must be in an unaltered condition, packed in such a way that they will not be damaged in transit, and must not show any signs of use beyond the usual scope of the inspection. 

6. We will refund your payment within 14 days using the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree to a different method of refund that does not involve any costs. 

7. You do not incur shipping costs related to withdrawal from the contract if you have chosen the cheapest delivery method when purchasing the goods. Otherwise, the seller will only cover the shipping costs up to the cheapest form of delivery. 

8. The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to contracts in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer’s specification or serving to meet his individualized needs. 

COMPLAINT

1. If you notice a defect in the purchased goods, you have the right to make a complaint based on the provisions of the warranty in the Civil Code.

2. Complaints may be submitted: in writing to the following address: LEO Sp. z o.o., Dobrzechów 446B, 38-100 Strzyżów, via e-mail to the following address: info@leo-art.comTake a detailed photograph of the damaged product(s), describe the type of damage and send the photos with the description in electronic form to the following email address: info@leo-art.com. Do not send the goods to us without first reporting the problem to us!  

3. We will respond to the complaint as soon as possible, no later than within 14 days. If you do not receive a response after 14 days, the complaint is considered justified. If the complaint is accepted, we can replace, repair, reduce its price or accept its return if the defect is significant enough. 

4. Send the complained product to the following address: LEO Sp. z o.o., Dobrzechów 446B, 38-100 Strzyżów, Poland. 

5. Remember that the only basis for a complaint of goods damaged in transit is to check them in the presence of the courier upon receipt of the shipment, and in the event of damage being found, to fill in the damage report EXACTLY.
